Moore, Dylan Matthew entered into Heavens gate on Tuesday, September 1, 2020. Loving son of Doug Moore and Lisa Moore (nee Huelsmann); coolest brother of Jacob McSwiney and amazing twin of Zachary Moore; dearest grandson of the late Gene and Cora Moore and James and Gail Huelsmann; our dear nephew, cousin and friend to many.
Dylan’s family would like to thank all of his friends, teachers and aids for the love and care he received; and from other members with the special school district. He smiled everyday, bringing joy to the many lives who were fortunate enough to have known him.
Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Tuesday, September 8, from 4-8 p.m.. Funeral service to celebrate Dylan’s life will be held at Twin Rivers Worship Center (Tesson Ferry Rd.) on Wednesday, September 9, 10 a.m. WITH SERVICES CONCLUDING AT CHURCH.
