Age 72, asleep in Jesus Monday, June 1, 2020, adoring husband of Carol Miesner (nee Lautenshlager); dear father of Ronda (Dave) Koeller, Jennifer Doering and Joseph Snell, Jr.; loving grandfather of Nathan, Alex, Mandy, Caitlin, Christopher, Nick, Annalise and Violet.
Ron graduated from Lutheran High School South in 1965. He honorably served in the Army from 1967-1971 with the Army Air Defense Command in Arlington Heights, IL, Vietnam, Okinawa and Pittsburgh, PA. He obtained a degree from Hannibal LaGrange College in St. Louis. He worked for McDonnell Douglas as a senior financial analyst and later he achieved the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship and worked in the insurance industry. Ron was a member of Sigma Kappa Phi, MENSA and the St. Louis Corvette Club.
SERVICES: Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Tuesday, June 9, 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. Interment Private. A KUTIS AFFTON SERVICE

Very sorry to hear about Ron’s passing. I went to grade school with Ron at Gethsemane Lutheran school and at Lutheran high school South. My condolences go out to his wife, children and grandchildren. Erick Hahn
