Meyer, Darryl Glen
Passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, age 74. Loving son of the late Vernon and Elvera Meyer. He was the beloved husband of Shirely Thomas Meyer; devoted brother of Linda Meyer Merritt; cherished Dad to Kevin D. (Jayzel) Meyer and Daniel G. Treat; dear step-father to Kevin (Stephanie) Merritt; loving grandfather to Zachary, Mary Ann, Joshua, Mandy Meyer and Chloe Merritt; loving uncle to Tiffany Merritt; dear cousin and friend to many.
Darryl retired from the Creve Coeur Fire Department, Creve Coeur, MO in 1999 after 33 years of service. He was a member of International Association of Firefighters #2665.
Services: Memorial service will he held Wednesday, June 27, 12 Noon at KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park, 10180 Gravois. Donations may be made to Backstoppers, P.O. Box 795168, St. Louis, MO 63179-0700 or a charity of one’s choice. Memorial visitation Wednesday 11 a.m. until service at 12 Noon.
