Was born on October 23, 1944 in Castelvetrano, Italy and passed away on April 14, 2023 at the age of 78. Mattia was the loving wife of Charles Webb, the dear mother of Mark Webb, Matthew (Amber) Webb, and Michael Webb. She was the dear Nonna of Devin and Phoenix Webb.
Mattia was a fabulous cook who made memorable meatballs and pasta sauce. She loved to garden and her house is full of plants!
Services at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Monday, April 24 at 11:30 a.m. Internment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. VISITATION will be Sunday, April 23 from 4-8 p.m. Memorials may be made in her honor to a charity of your choice.

On the darkest of nights, The sun is still shinning bright. On the cloudiest, of the darkest stormiest of days, The sun still is shinning Bright. I see the human race , every person like the sun. We all are born with the brightest of light in our souls, that light is in the purest form of energy, This energy dose Not and can Not change. Can Not be destroyed. It can only change the state that it is in. Our bodies are only a vessel to Carrie our Spirit in this world. This body Unlike our Spirit, will expire and return to to this earth from which came. But our Spirit , our soul, this purest form energy is part of God and from GOD. Thanks be Jesus , it will return from which it came. So believe, Better yet, know in your heart. Mattia did not die, only the vessel that carried her soul expired. But who the true Mattia is , her Spirit, her Soul, her Energy that God created is very alive and can not expire can not be extinguished. She is only back to from which she came. Part of God the purest form of energy. She now is everywhere, part of everything that exist. That fact GOD has stated, when asked

I wanted to attend the visitation yesterday but I’ve been sick for a week. Mattia was a very kind lady when we were neighbors and was very sweet to my son when he’d go to their house to play. It’s very hard to lose your mother. I hope your cherished memories help you get through your loss.
