Beloved wife of the late Charles Lambrich; loving mother of David ( the late Rosemarie) Lambrich; adoring grandmother of Theresa (Tom) Dapron and Bridget Lambrich; cherished great-grandmother of Abby, Tommy (Marianne), Will, Jack and Noah. Our dearest aunt, great-aunt and friend to many.
Dorothy was 103 years old. She had been married to Charles for 70 years. They owned and operated a number of businesses including Chip-Away miniature golf course in South St. Louis and Chip-Away fishing lake in St. Louis County.

Services: Funeral from Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Saturday, August 14 at 10:00 am. to St. Mark Catholic Church for 10:30 am. Mass. Entombment at Sts. Peter & Paul Mausoleum. Visitation Friday 4-8 pm.
My Aunt Dot
A remarkable lady, sister to my father John Anthony Gertken and Joseph B Gertken.
She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Aunt Dot was a terrific person. When we were young, my brothers and I would spend a few weeks at Dot and Charlie’s Chip-A-Way Golf working with our cousin, Dave. It was always a great time, working, playing and having fun. Aunt Dot would fix a big breakfast of scrambled eggs and bacon bits, and to this day, it is one of my favorite meals. She was a very special person and loved very much. She will be greatly missed.
Aunt Dot was the sweetest, kindest woman. She made my family welcome every summer on trips and activities with her own beloved granddaughters. She was a wonderful Aunt to my mother, Mary Jeanne, a dear friend to my grandmother, Jeanne, and a very special Great Aunt to Kate and me. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered.
My Good Friend and Dearest Aunt
Lovingly known to my family simply as “Aunt Dot”, Dorothy was my dad’s (long past) little sister and was literally 1 day younger than than my mom (also long past), so I’ve been celebrating her birthday with her for many. many years. I was also honored to have her as the Family Matriarch at my wedding and have enjoyed and cherished visits and staying in touch over the years as her family grew; from summer gatherings at her and Uncle Charlie’s golf courses and fishing lakes to taking-turns hosting the annual family Christmas Party at the Gertken’s and Lambrich’s homes. To say she was loved and will be missed is an understatement. Her long life is to be celebrated! Congratulations and many thanks to Dave and the Daprons for a job well done in taking care of her needs. Rest in Peace, Aunt Dot.
