Penny Jean Koch passed away this morning peacefully in her sleep. Funeral arrangements are as follows:

Penny is the wife of Bruce Koch and mother to Doug Koch. She is also survived by 6 grand-children. She was a friend to everyone she met and will be missed dearly!
