Kiry-Ryan, Rita Irene passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022.
Beloved wife of Tom Ryan IV of 33 years; dearest mother of Tom “Tommy” Ryan V and Jennifer “Jenny” Ryan; dear daughter of the late Joseph and Annie Marie Kiry (nee Lorenz); our dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend of many.
Service Wednesday, July 6, 1:30 p.m. at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Rd. Interment Sunset Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be given to Doctors without Borders. Visitation Tuesday 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.

My condolences to the Ryan and Kiry family. Rita was my supervisor in the Telemarketing Dept at Concordia Publishing House in 1994. She was such a sweet lady.
To Rita’s family, I am so sorry for your loss! May strength be by your side and happy memories provide encouragement in the days to come.
I was blessed to work with Rita at Logan University. She was an excellent professor and beloved by her students and those who worked with her. I’m sure she will be missed by the many lives she touched throughout her career. May she rest in peace.
We just received the news about Rita and are deeply saddened. Rita has been an instructor at SLCHC since 2015 and touched the heart of so many students, staff, and faculty. She will be deeply missed. On behalf of SLCHC, I send our condolences and love to her family.
I just heard of Rita’s death today. Though I am very saddened to hear this news, my heart is joyful for all the lives that she touched and all the lives that were changed because of Rita’s passion to help others. Rest in peace, Rita.
