Passed from this life into his next one to be with his Living God on February 5th, 2016, at the age of 57. Born and passed away in St. Louis.

Husband to Maurice St Pierre; brother to Martha (Craig) Engler, Dan (Teresa), Mark (Judy), Steve (Deb); brother-in-law to John (Lori), Monique Tedino, Marcel, and Rochelle (David) Schroter; beloved uncle, great-uncle, and cousin;  Godfather to Dan Hutti Jr.; friend to many more. Preceded in death by parents Mary Jane and Dr. Lawrence Hutti. David especially loved his dog Moda, as well as the other dogs, cats (particularly Phyllis), chickens (especially Henrietta); and the many fish that he raised in our pond.  He enjoyed  relaxing in the back yard which is what he lovingly called Moda Farms. He had the love to learn and received his degree in Liberal Studies (criminal science, philosophy, and theology) from University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2006.  He loved to travel taking side roads and visiting small towns seeking out old main street post offices, churches, and cemeteries.  He enjoyed getting out and seeing in person the wonders of God’s creation in nature and animals. His wish was for everyone to enjoy and appreciate the outdoors. His face would light up every time he was able to get close to wild animals no matter how small (the mice in the backyard) or how large (the wild Buffalo at the Buffalo Roundup this past September). He enjoyed working for the United States Postal Service at the St. Louis Main Branch Headquarters in the Accounting Department and after 10 years and a number of promotions, he had many friends there. Please join us in Celebrating his life.
