Denise was a sweet and kind person. She would do anything for you, never expecting anything in return. Her greatest joy was spending time with family and friends; especially her grandchildren. Forever in out hearts, rest in peace.
Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd on Monday, May 16, 11 a.m. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Denise’s memory can be made to the American Cancer Society and would greatly appreciated. Visitation, Sunday 4-8 p.m.
I never had the chance to meet Denise but I’ve spoken to her on the phone a lot of times and recent text messages on Facebook she was the cousin to my sister-in-law and she is a very special person and will be missed greatly

I worked for multiple agencies in several locations and Denise stands out as the friendliest and most willing to help co-worker from all my experiences. We have not talked for years but I have memories of our discussions and her eternal cheer. She is at the top of the list of those I miss from my work life. May eternal light shine upon her and may she rest in peace.
Denise was the oldest of my three closest cousins I grew up playing with. When I was young, we lived just around the corner from each other. My mother, Ethel, and her mother, Vera, were very close as sisters. As years went by, our family moved away to Virginia. But our mothers still stayed in touch. They would always talk every week for hours on the phone. After Denise’s Uncle Paul passed, my dad, we got back in touch and started talking. We talked every week for hours. We would laugh and say we were carry the tradition on. I will dearly miss those talks and reminiscing about old times. She was a sweet, caring kindhearted person. Had a great outlook on life.
She is now living her eternal life with God, Our Father.

I never knew Denise personally but was a friend of her cousin, Becky. I heard many wonderful things about her and I know she was a kind and loving person. I attend Church with Becky and our Church family has been and still is praying for your family. May God give you peace and strength now and in the days ahead.

I am so sorry to hear of Denise’s passing. We were next door neighbors for 2 years until I left home to join the Marine Corps. We lost touch until a few years ago. Thanks to a few get togethers & FB we were able to get in touch again. She will be greatly missed. Prayers to her family!

I am so sorry for your loss. Denise was a great friend that I worked with for 11 years. Denise will be missed dearly. She always had a smile on her face and was so kind and generous to everyone. Denise loved you both so much and used to talk about you both at work. I moved before the grandchildren were born but know how proud she was to be a grandma. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I was 5 years old when I first met you. 5! You were more than a sister in law to me you were a sister, a mentor. I always remember thinking man, she is sooo smart and giggly! I couldn’t asked for a sweeter, more compassionate person to call my sister (in law). I loved to hear you laugh (and we had plenty of those!).
