Beloved husband for 49 years of Ethel Hawkins (nee Pennell); loving father of Dr. Christopher Matthew (Ann Marie) Hawkins; dear grandfather of Kate Marie, Benjamin Christopher and Jude Francis Hawkins; dear son of the late Reber and Faye Hawkins; dear brother of Gary Lane (the late Betty) Hawkins, Danita Sue (Gary) Allan and the late Larry Dale Hawkins; dear son-in-law of Sue Pennell; dear brother-in-law of Roger, Marvin and Sharlene Pennell; dear uncle of Ed Pennell, Jeremy Pennell, Marissa Pennell, Philip Pennell, Jessica Pennell, Jonathan Pennell, Gennifer Hawkins, Stephanie Hawkins, Stacy Hawkins.
Mr. Hawkins was a former member of Sacred Heart Parish (Valley Park). He was a Senior Project Manager for Anheuser-Busch Brewery for over 27 years. Past president of the board of Missouri Valley Telecommunications Association and partner in McClain’s Property Inc. A US Army Veteran serving from September 1970-March 1972.

My heart felt sympathy to all family members. Worked in department next to Ken and his group while at A-B. Super nice guy. Co-ordinated a lot of training projects with him. Pleasure to work with.
We will miss Ken’s smile, love and always positive attitude soooo much. Ken truly loved his family and lived his faith everyday. I was blessed to have him in my life.
I am so sorry to hear of Ken’s passing He was responsible for hiring me at Anheuser-Busch in 1996. He was always such a positive and kind person. Prayers to his entire family. I’m sure he will be missed by all who knew him.

Ken was the kindest man I ever worked with. He always tried to make everyone happy. He was a wonderful friend. He helped take care of everyone. I remember when he had to take off work to go to Florida and care for a brother there who was very ill and had no one else to help him. I am sure this was his vacation time and more for the entire year, but he was there for him. He never complained. I missed seeing him and everyone at A-B when I retired. GOD needed another Angel to help others and HE called on Ken. He loved his family. So proud of his son. He dearly loved his wife and son.
