Preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Halley and Darlene Waterland, Stepfather Russell Waterland, Brother Christopher Halley, Sister Theresa Scheid, Stepbrother Larry Waterland and Brother in law Douglas Spiegel. Also preceded in death by his beloved wife Jenny Halley; dear stepfather to Christine Myers and David Wideman; dear Father in Law to Bill Meyers; dear brother to Deborah Spiegel, Thomas Halley and Janet Caldwell; dear Stepbrother to Ken Waterland and Ron Waterland; dear Brother in Law to Betty Halley, Gary Caldwell and Robert Scheid; Adoring grandfather to Samantha and Sabrina Sutton; dear uncle to Tricia Johnson (Dave), Christie Harness (Wyndel), Timothy Spiegel ( Rebecca), Pamela Spiegel, Robert Scheid Jr., Yvonne Caldwell, Renee Jones and Aimee Gaylord; dear great uncle to Sydney, Zach, Tyler, Brody, Eli ,Genevieve, Cooper, Chase, Billy, Megan, Mariam, Sara, Alya, Rashid, Hamed and Hamdan.
Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Monday, April 9, from 12:00 pm until service time at 2:00 pm. Interment St. John’s UCC Cemetery.
