It’s with Great sadness & a broken heart to announce the passing of my father Robert J. Green on Sat. 9/5/20.

After much suffering & pain he is at peace.

We will miss him, not the person at the end, but the person we all knew and loved for many years.

Many of you knew my Dad, Bob as the gun enthusiast with his extensive collection. Dad shared with everyone including law enforcement. They always called him to find specific guns.

Many of you knew Dad/Bob for his charity. Dad belonged to the Kiwanis organization & ended as the president. Many years the Webster branch hosted the July 4th celebration that my dad was in charge of. He was always willing to help in any way he could. Being an Optician for 40 plus years, he was always involved in The Lions organization for many years-always working with physicians approving funding for eye surgeries & glasses. He headed many charitable events. He also belonged to the American legion for many years. He had a passion for assisting the needy & giving back to the community.

He also served in the Army during the Korean War.

Anyone could call my dad and he would always offer to assist. That included me whether it was a leaky faucet or a broken down car….he was there if I needed him.

That’s the dad (Bob) I remember before his health deteriorating from Cancer & Dementia.

We will miss the kind, giving & loving Husband of 62 years to Patricia, Father to Linda & Debbie, Grandfather to Taylor, Chase, Conner, Savanna & Tyler,

Cousin, Uncle & Friend to Many.

Love you Dad & Always till we meet again.

Rest in Peace Dad.
