Gravatt, Julia “Julie” Ann

(nee Prochko), entered into the arms of Jesus on December 31, 2018 after a lengthy battle with multiple sclerosis. She was born in St. Louis, MO on October 8, 1934 and was a member of St.  Michael Archangel Orthodox Church.  She was married for 63 years to Charles Marvin Gravatt. She is survived by her loving husband Charles, her beloved children Deborah A. Mallory (George) and Michael C. Gravatt, treasured grandchildren Charles L. Springhart (Naomi), Taylor Gravatt and Briana Gravatt, former daughter-in-law Rose  Gravatt and former son-in-law John Springhart and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Anna  Prochko, her brothers Steven, Michael, and John and sister Mary.

The family would like to thank caregivers at Delmar Gardens West for wonderful care provided to Julie over the last 3.5 years.

Services: Visitation will be held at the Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Friday January 4, 2019 at 11:30.  A short funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m.  Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family  requests donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society in memory of Julie.
