Loving father of Joey Butler, Dawn (Cody) Christopher and Robert Hammack; cherished grandfather of Rebecca Light, Zachary Light and Kayla Gann; dear companion of Toni Forister; dear brother of Betty Jean Berti, Dennis Forister, Mike Forister, Brenda Forister and the late Gary Forister.
Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, on Saturday, January 14, 8:30 am until time of service at 11:00 am. Service concludes at the funeral home. Inurnment later at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Sullivan, MO
Your first love sticks with you you whole life. David was mine and to this very day I still love him with my whole heart. Rest in peace
