Passed unexpectedly and peacefully at his home in Cahokia Heights, IL, on Saturday, January 28, 2023.

David was born on August 21, 1965, in Granite City, IL. He graduated from Oakville Senior High School in 1983 and went on to attend Missouri State University where he graduated in 1987 with a degree in
Construction Management Technology. David’s playful personality and loyalty were among his best traits and made him loved by many. He loved Dirt Track Racing, fishing, gardening, movies, Blue Grass & Country Music and traveling with friends and family. He loved being an uncle to 3 nephews and 5 nieces and great uncle to 7 great-nephews and 3 great-nieces. His patient, gentle personality made him loved by kids. Since his Dad’s passing, David took great care of his mother and helped maintain her home, garden, yard and all handyman projects.

David is survived by his mother, Virgie Mae Finn of Oakville; brother Steven Thomas Finn (Charla); sister Karen Mae Eisele (Bill); and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Thomas Louis Finn.

Services: Visitation for David is scheduled for Thursday, February 16, 2023, from 4-8 pm at Kutis Funeral Home at 5255 Lemay Ferry Road. The Funeral Service will take place at the same location Friday, February 17th at 10 am in the Chapel and will be immediately followed by a graveside burial ceremony at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL.
