87, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2019,  surrounded by his family. Jack is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Jane F. Eason (nee Stumpe); his children Bruce (Marilynn) Eason and Ellen Eason; his  grandchildren Andria, Christy, Josh, Katie, and Laura; his great-grandchildren Chloe, Chase, Lily, Jack, Halle, Tate, Jameson,  Annie, Camila and Ella. Jack was preceded in death by his  parents Ralph and Esther; brother Dale and sister Gloria. Jack served honorably in the Navy during the Korean Conflict. Upon returning to civilian life, he joined his father in the structural engineering business.

Jack touched the lives of many. When he wasn’t attending grandchildren’s activities he enjoyed  playing tennis with his friends, volunteering for Habitat for  Humanity, fishing at the Lake, playing bridge, taking walks at the Garden or reading a good novel. But his most favorite place to be was next to Jane. He will be missed by all; he was a kind and gentle spirit.
