Dunlap, Floyd C. of St. Louis County fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, died Monday, December 4, 2017 at the age of 82

.Loving father of Michelle (Mike) Thompson and Mike (Donna) Dunlap; dear grandfather of John Thompson, dear son of the late Floyd M. and Margaret (nee Burke) Dunlap; dear brother of Dorothy (nee Dunlap) Shapiro; former husband of Arlene Dunlap; beloved uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Mr. Dunlap had a 30 plus year career in law enforcement serving as a police officer in Kirkwood, Chief of Police in Sunset Hills and a Criminal Justice Instructor at Jefferson College. He also was a published author and public speaker.

Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Wednesday, December 6, 4-9 p.m., then taken to Assumption Catholic Church (4725 Mattis Rd.) Thursday, December 7 for visitation at 9 a.m. until Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment National Cemetery. Memorials to The Humane Society of Missouri  appreciated.
