Dad, I can’t believe that you are gone. It’s way too soon, but I am being selfish. I am glad you are not in pain anymore. I am going to miss you so much. May look down on all of us and watch over us. I Love you so much.

Dearest Steve and Mark, I am so sorry for your loss. Your Dad, my cousin, had such a good soul and he loved you both so much through all the challenges that life put in your path. In the end, I believe that you came through it all with an even deeper love for one another. Hang onto that love and stay strong together… to honor your Dad and to ease your grieving. ❤️
Dear Steve and Mark,
So sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. He and I went to St. Mary’s together and then were drafted the same day, July 1967. We both went to Fort Leonard Wood for our basic training. From there we were sent our separate ways, but both of us ended up in Vietnam.
Years later we met up again at St. Francis. We had many good times involved in the sports program, soccer tournaments, turkey shoots, barbecues, and school picnics. Lots of work, but lots of fun memories.
We will pay our respects at your dads gravesite at J.B.

Thanks for enduring the pain of war and the physical, psychological and emotional trauma it brought in your life. You are an exceptional person chosen by God and you did a remarkable job.
