Dorothy Jean “Dot” Davis (nee Beverly) 81, of Bonne Terre, Missouri entered into eternal peace on September 5, 2018 at her private residence.Jean was a well respected and highly sought after hairdresser operating Miss Jean’s Coiffeurs for numerous years followed by a successful career in sales. Jean was passionate about her faith in the Lord, her family and friends, animals, gardening, golf and travel amongst other activities.  Jean was born on March 17, 1937 in Welch, West Virginia.  Jean was preceded in death by her parents Kelly “Bus” and Macie Beverly, her brother Jerry Beverly, and former husband and father of her chidren Richard William Davis.Jean was survived by two sons, Danny (Kimberley Jones) Davis of Eugene Oregon, Larry (Cindy Cook) Davis of Imperial Missouri and daughter Pamela Wilson of Maryland Heights, Missouri. In addition she is survived by four grandchildren, Kimberly Davis of St. Louis, Kristin Edwards of Granite City, Illinois, John Bradley Wilson of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Leevy Steeg of Lebanon, Oregon. She had 3 dearly loved great grandchildren Jordan, Jamie (JJ), and Olivia Edwards.  Visitation is scheduled for Monday, September 10, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Kutis South County Chapel located at 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., St. Louis, MO.  Jean’s final resting place will be Park Lane Cemetery in St. Louis. Memorials may be made to Shriners Children’s Hospital, Stray Rescue or the National Kidney Foundation.
