Marilyn Casso was very special to me. My life is so much richer, my heart fuller simply because I had the privilege of knowing her. Her warm infectious smile will forever be etched in my heart. That same smile I often see reflected in many of the Casso children. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
My condolences to a wonderful Family. She loved each and every one of you. You were her best comfort. May she rest in peace.

To The Family of Marilyn Frances Casso
We know that your faith, hope, and love that you all shared as a family will give you strength and courage to bear the sadness and grief that is in your heart. Please accept our most sincere and profound condolences. Stay strong and thankful that your beloved mother Marilyn is resting in heaven and will never feel pain in the arms of God. Just remember that she will always be with you, in memory and in prayer, for the love between you is a spiritual bond that death cannot sever. So, let yourself heal, in your own time and in your own way. Your beloved mother would have wanted it that way. And my God give you peace and fill you with joyous remembrances of her.
With Deepest Sympathy,

Aunt Marilyn was such a sweet and a genuine person, we were blessed to have known her. As recently as last week, our mom (Marie) commented on what a help that Aunt Marilyn was to her. At a time when having a young and expanding family seemed so daunting, our mom felt such support and assurance that only another carrying and loving mother like Marilyn could provide.
On behalf of all the California-based Baumanns, we have the entire Casso family in our thoughts and prayers. We are comforted in knowing that Aunt Marilyn lived a long and blessed life and is now at peace and in heaven reunited with Uncle Frank looking down of all of us, for sure.
I love the saying “Do not be sad for what you have lost. Be happy for what you had”. Bruce and I feel so blessed to have had Marilyn as a friend. I met her 21 years ago when we both volunteered at Birthright. She was an “old timer” and took me under her wing. I learned so much from her. Probably the best two things: Trust in God. And don’t take yourself so seriously. What a grand lady ! Rest easy, Marilyn. Job well done. God bless you and enjoy heaven to the max.
