Dr. Butts was a practicing orthodontist for over 50 years. A member of American Association of Orthodontists, Webster Groves Rotary Club and a former faculty member of St. Louis University Center of Advanced Dental Education.
Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Monday, January 25, 3- 8 p.m. Private interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorials to American Heart Assoc. appreciated.
