Todd E. Blankenship, 49, of Arnold died June 21, 2016, in St. Louis. Mr. Blankenship was born Oct. 25, 1966, in St. Louis, the son of the late Larry Blankenship and Mearl (Fair) Blankenship, who died June 22. He is survived by two brothers: Larry “Ty” (Pamela) Blankenship of Arnold and Royce (Lacinda) Blankenship of south St. Louis County; and several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.

 Visitation is scheduled from 4-9 p.m. Monday, June 27, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry, in St. Louis County. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 28, at the funeral home. Burial is in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
