Beloved husband of the late Wanda M. Bellairs (nee Kennedy); survived by his special friend Carol Hargis; his nurses Kelly Werre, Chelsea Werre, Becky White and his caregivers.
Norman retired from General Telephone, then worked for Coldwell-Banker. For 15 years he volunteered at The Red Cross with his wife. A longtime member of South County Baptist Church.
Services: Roadside service at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, Tuesday September 19 10:30 AM. (PLEASE MEET AT CEMETERY OFFICE AT 10:15 AM.) Memorials to The Alzheimer’s Association appreciated. A service of KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL.
