Barnes, Joseph T. passed away Thursday, June 9, 2016.

  Beloved husband of the late Jennie D. Barnes (nee Dimetre); loving father of JoAnn  (Dennis) Bice, James A. (Kathy) Barnes and Jean A. (George)  Michaels; dear grandfather of 10; dear great-grandfather of 16 and great-great-grandfather of 1; dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

  Joseph served in the U.S. Army World War II 42nd Rainbow Division, Battle of the Bulge and awarded the Bronze Star. He was the proud owner of Eureka Auto Body for 39 years.

Services: Funeral at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Rd. on Wednesday, June 15, 11:30 a.m.  Interment J.B. National Cemetery. Contributions to Disabled American Veterans or Missouri Veterans Home, appreciated. Visitation Tuesday, 4-8 p.m.
