Beloved husband for 43 years of the late Jean Finger (nee Fecht) and for 12 years of the late Beverly Morlok-Finger; loving  father of Susan (Steve) Marchbanks, Patricia (Mark) Wiesner, Sandra  (David) Stepanovic and  Robert J.  Finger; cherished grandfather of Amy (Brad) Neels, Andrea Wiesner, Cory Marchbanks, Sarah Wiesner,  Rachel (Chase) Crelly and Jacquelyn  Stepanovic; cherished great-grandfather of Reese and Sam; stepfather-in-law of Debbie Lillick and step-grandfather of Megan and Evan  Lillick; dear brother of Earl (Shirley) Finger.

Mr. Finger was a proud United States Marine serving the front lines during the Korean War, was a  member of The South St. Louis  Detachment of the Marine Corps, was retired from Union Electric as an Electrician Foreman after 43 years of service, was very active in the  Lutheran Church, served at over 2000 military funeral Honor Services and loved the outdoors including deer hunting and fishing.

Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, on Friday, November 27, 4-9 p.m. then to Glendale Lutheran Church on Saturday visitation from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. Interment with Honors at Our Redeemer Cemetery. Memorials to The Marine Corps Detachment or The Glendale Lutheran Church appreciated.
