Services: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Tuesday, August 23, 11:00 a.m. until service at 1:00 p.m. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cornelia de Lang Syndrome, 302 W. Main St., #100, Avon, CT 06001 in memory of special needs granddaughter Dee Ann Frazier.
