It is with deepest sorrow we announce the passings of Ashley Nikkole Livengood and Ryleigh Quinn Livengood.

Ashley was born October 10, 1990 in St. Louis, MO. She was born prematurely weighing 4.5 lbs. and diagnosed at birth with Goldenhar Syndrome.

From her birth through her 18th birthday, she persevered through twenty painful surgeries. Due to her strength and determination she was able to handle every challenge with grace and understanding.

Ashley spent her childhood with her mom in Collinsville IL while staying close and in contact with her father in St. Louis. After graduating from Collinsville High School, she and her mom returned to St. Louis where she attended UMSL. While in college she met her future husband Zak. They fell in love and were married in 2014. She became stepmother to Zak’s son Alex from his previous marriage.

With great joy several years later Ashley gave birth to their first son together. After a very difficult delivery and birth Sammy was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. After his birth Ashley postponed her education and devoted herself to caring for Sammy and substitute teaching at his school district.

Ashley had decided to achieve her degree in education and was just two months from completion. She was seven months pregnant with their daughter Ryleigh Quinn, whom passed away in the womb of her mother with Ashley’s passing.

Ashley is survived by her loving husband Zak, their cherished son Sammy, stepson Alex, her mother Michele Clark (Doug Greaves), her father Jimi Bihr (Lenora), mother-in-law Jacky Livengood (Chris Becker), father-in-law Mark Livengood (Theresa), grandmothers Donna Judd, Carol Bihr, and Joyce Carr, sister-in-law Lauren Fessler (Tim), Doug’s son Zach Williams (Jenni), and a multitude of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

This world has lost two shining lights, one too early and the other at peace to stay within her mother’s womb. They will be truly missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Saturday May 6th, 2023 at Kutis Funeral home located at 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis MO 63129.
