James Russell Bashwiner, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away at the age of 70 on April 19, 2023. He was born May 30, 1952 to Father Carl (Preceded) and Mother Ruth (Preceded). He is survived by his sons, Robert James (Kristel) and Brian Thomas (Meghan), grandchildren, Andrew James, Aubrey Milla, Max Ronald and Eli James and brothers, Thomas, Steven, Michael, Jonathan (late).
Services: A celebration of life gathering will be held on Tuesday, May 9th at Whitecliff Park’s Pavilion #3 from 5-7:30 pm. Charitable contributions to the American Lung Association can be made in his memory.

Jim was a memorable character in high school. He was a very good athlete, cross country and track. He liked nice cars. He enjoyed having fun. A mischievous look was not foreign to him. Rest in Peace Blue Brother.
