He is survived by his beloved wife and best friend, Angela (Lynn) Billiter, stepson, Zachary Swearingen, grandson, Tate Swearingen, father, Harry Billiter (Margie Schwenk), half sister, Leslie Billiter, nieces, Kellie and Jamie Gowens and countless friends who he considered family.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Judith Billiter, sister, Pamela Gowens and stepson, Brett Swearingen.
Bill had many passions including his deep love and appreciation for pets, animals, and the outdoors; being an entrepreneur, co-founding, growing and leading his business to commercial and operational success; being a leader, inspiring and empowering the next generation to work hard, but play harder; and going on adventures traveling, hunting, and riding his motorcycle.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to the Humane Society of Monroe Country Illinois and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Funeral from Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Tuesday January 10 at 11:00 am. Service concludes at the funeral home. Visitation Monday 4-9 pm.
My prayers are with Angie, Zach, and Tate during this most difficult time. There are no words for the legacy Bill has left on your family, his personality and his love for you will live forever in your hearts. I celebrate the life of this amazing accomplished man and mourn in his passing with you. Keeping you in my warmest thoughts as you navigate this difficult time, and wishing you comfort and healing.
Although I only had the honor of knowing Bill for just over one short year, I feel myself lucky to have met and known him. He truly was someone that we should all aspire to be like.

Dear Angela and family. I am so sorry to hear that Bill passed away. I only met him a few times but I could tell that he was a fine young man with passion and devotion to his family and to what he wanted to accomplish in life. My condolences to all.
Angie, it is truly sad news to hear of Bill’s passing. I always enjoyed traveling with you both and extend my sincerest condolences to you and family.
Prayers for all who loved Bill. He was one of the most exceptional men I ever met with a genuine kindness that is so rare. God gained an angel in Heaven and Bill is glowing and new. We will all meet again one day and that will be for eternity. God, please hold his loved ones in your hand and fill them with only good memories and peace.

I will remember Bill as bigger than life, he accomplished a lot in a short time and enjoyed much success and weathered much adversity. Save me a spot at the big hunting lodge in the sky. I will think of you when ever I am at the training field at WilNor.
