Carter, Ruth Marilyn Ruth was born July 16, 1913.
She is the daughter of Bess Kirk Barnett. One of the original St. Louis precision dancers known as the Rockettes who appeared on St. Louis stages in the 20’s and also the Roxy Theater in New York City. Ruth Marilyn was a model in her youth and one of the famous Harvey Girls. Ruth was a beautiful lady whose generosity and caring loving soul knew no limits. Her legacy and spirit will forever live in our hearts.
She is the cherished mother of Norma Johnston and Sandra Lee (deceased) and grandaughters Glenda Ruth, Sherie Diane, Teri Lee Bernardi and Laura Safron. Survived by many great and great-great grandchildren.
