Of Arnold, Missouri passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at the age of 74, due to complications from dementia.  Linda was born on January 28, 1948, to the late Donald and Dorothy Boys.

She was united in marriage to the late Charles Richard “Butch” Cooper on May 11, 1968.  The union was blessed with two children, Christopher Cooper and Jennifer McArthy (Greg).  She was the beloved sister to Ronald “Ronnie” Boys (Shelly) and the loving grandmother to Cameron McArthy, Megan Cooper (Jose Gonzalez), Cory McArthy, Nathaniel Cooper and great-grandchildren Reya and Gabriel Gonzalez.

Linda retired from Macy’s, where she worked for many years as a customer service manager.  She and Butch made their home in Arnold, Missouri.

She enjoyed spending most of her time at home “playing in her yard”, watching cheesy scary movies, doing puzzles, and reading horror novels.  She loved spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She always put her family first and created so many fun and special moments with her kids and grandkids.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, husband, grandson Cory McArthy, and Elvis Presley. She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

 

Services; Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel (5255 Lemay Ferry) on Sunday 6/26 from 2Pm until time of service at 6PM. Interment at JB National cemetery at a later date.
