Jeffries, Jerry D. entered into rest on Saturday, March 12, 2022. Beloved husband of Norma R. Jeffries (nee Boxx); loving father of Michele (Kent) Wilkerson and Don (Rebecca) Jeffries; cherished Papa of Caroline C. Jeffries; dearest brother of Paul Jeffries, Bonnie Noah, Betty (late John) Conant, Sharon (John) Antonich and the late Aweda (Bob) McDowell, Leota (Ted) Mitchell and Glen Jeffries; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.
Funeral at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Thursday, March 17, 10 a.m. with all services concluding at Kutis. In lieu of flowers donation’s can be made to Caroline’s college fund (made payable to the family) her Papa wanted the best for her and a college education is a great gift. Visitation, Wednesday 4-8 p.m.
Kathy and I were sad to hear about Jerry’s passing. Jerry was a good friend and the best person I was ever privileged to work for. All of you will be in our thoughts and prayers.

My thoughts are with you on Jerry’s passing. He enriched my life immeasurably, giving me the opportunity to develop into a skilled technician. He was a wonderful boss, encouraging mentor and good friend. I have known Jerry for over fifty years and am ever grateful.
Words can’t describe the wonderful times I had with Jerry both at work and play, he was a great boss and a wonderful long time friend and will truly be missed.
So sorry to hear about your loss. I worked with Jerry at the County Government for 13 years. As one of the managers there, he was a great boss to work for. Jerry was such a kind person. He used to pick me up when there was inclement weather and we would ride to work together.

I will miss my neighbor and long time friend of 35 years. Norma and Jerry were a blessing to Dale and I. Our kids grew up together and we shared some fun times. Dale and Jerry would break open a cold one and talk for hours. When my husband passed away, they were there to comfort me. Jerry made it his commitment to make sure I didn’t need anything. He was always there to help and we spent many hours chatting out front. He always kept my lawn cut when he cut his. He was a sweet soul and a great friend and I will miss him dearly. Rest well, Jerry.
