Luer, Jack Richard, 81 of Arnold, Mo., died Tuesday May 17, 2016, born May 13, 1935 in St. Louis, Mo., the son of the late Bert and Pauline Luer. He was preceded in death by one brother, Donald. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Helen Luer, and five children; James (Tammy), Jon (Andrea), Jacqueline (Paul) Foeller, Mark (Lisa) and Julia (Richard) Newberry, 20 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 sister, Jill Williams. Dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.
