Worth, James Andrew

Jimmy, 54 of St. Louis, Mo., was born on February 12, 1967. He passed away suddenly on December 31, 2021. Beloved husband, to his wife of five years, Mary Elizabeth Worth (Bixon). Loving father of Zachary James Worth (Jimmie). Loving Stepfather-in-law Ali Novack (Patrick). Dearest son of Judith Ann Worth and the late James A. Worth. Dear brother of Christopher A. Dear nephew, cousin and friend to many. Jim attended Oakville Senior High School, Class of 1985. He also took some classes at Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, IL. He also worked as a Machine Line Operator at Luxco Botteling Works, but health issues forced his to leave the work place early. In his youth, he enjoyed hanging out with his friends in the CWE and at the bridge in Forest Park. He really enjoyed all kinds of music, and used to help set up equipment for the band – “THE URGE”, when they were starting out. He enjoyed collecting toys from his childhood and especially ‘Star Wars’. He will be missed by all.

No services will be held at the funeral home. His wife, Mary will be keeping his remains at home. The family would like to have a Memorial event for Jim in the Spring, when family and friends can gather safely, probably in one of the county parks.
