Beloved wife of Stephen Eggold; loving mother of Tyler (Rebecca) and Jessica Eggold; adoring grandmother of Keegan, Kiera and Kellen; cherished daughter of Dale and the late Sandy Saville; dear sister of Mike, Wendy, Tymmi Ann, Theron and Sarah. Our dearest daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, niece, cousin and friend to many.
Michelle was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. Her greatest joy was strengthening the minds and faith of those around her, especially her students. She had a heart of gold and knew no stranger. You could see the love of Christ overflowing on everyone she met. Michelle will be greatly missed by all.
Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Friday, December 17 from 3-8 pm., then on Saturday, December 18 at Christ Memorial Lutheran Church (5252 S. Lindbergh 63126) from 9:00 am. until funeral service time at 10:00 am. Interment at St. Trinity Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials to Our Savior Lutheran School Tuition Fund or LESA for Tuition Assistance appreciated.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Michelle’s passing. I remember her as an adorable and loving little girl when the family lived in Hazen while I was in high school. I babysat her and Wendy a few times. It is difficult to believe that she is gone. She will be remembered and missed. Our hearts go out to her family. Thinking of you with love.
I am so sorry to hear this. What a challenging year especially for your family. My heart goes out and sending gratitude for the short time we got to enjoy Michelle. May all she touched find peace.

We are so thankful that we were able to have dinner with you and Michelle when we were in St Louis in September. We enjoyed the laughter of both of you. It is a wonderful memory.

Dear Eggold Family – So saddened by the passing of Michelle. It was so nice to talk to her each Tuesday while tutoring at Our Savior. May you have comfort knowing she now rests in our Saviors loving arms.

Eggold family-
Mrs Eggold was loved by so many around her. She was one of the best teachers I could have every asked for. I still remember all the amazing advice she gave me in second grade and how she always gave me a hug when I needed it most. I will miss her deaply, but know that she is now in a better place, with our savior in heaven.
Dear Lord, thank You for Your grace and love and peace and joy, that go beyond the bonds of this world into the next and unto eternity. But eternity without You is nothing. Eternity without Your People is empty. Thank You for bringing Michelle Home, for seeing You as You are, and to finally be in Your arms. Her joy is even more complete in seeing those who went Home before her, reunited. And may those still here, who knew and loved her, and miss her deeply, let them be comforted to know that You have her now… and in just a little while, they too will join in Your Eternity of Everlasting Love in Christ Jesus.

Our family grew to know her personally and we appreciated all she did on a daily basis for our student at OSL. Watching her everyday never too busy for any child she always had time for them . Always had prayer with them or a hug when needed .
She was so proud of her family and anytime we would ask “how are your kids and grandkids ?’ A big smile would appear on her face and she would give an update on everyone . She loved you all so much and was so proud of each of you .
The days ahead as well as the holiday will be difficult but lean on your faith and each other. She is looking down on all of you with such pride , joy and love . The memories you carry of her are priceless , the love your family shared many will never experience . She lived not only for Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior but for each of you .

This saddens me. Mrs Eggold was my 2nd grade teacher at St. John’s Lutheran in Marysville, OH. She was surely one of my favorites. I remember she always wore the prettiest dresses to school. She will be missed
We were so surprised to hear of Michelle’s emergency over Thanksgiving. We were praying for her to be healed and receive loving care from the doctors and nurses. We also prayed for Steve and the family for comfort and hope while she was in the hospital. Prayers were also that God’s will be done in all circumstances. It was an even bigger shock to hear of her passing, but she is now at peace resting in her Savior’s arms. No more suffering or pain for her. There is the hole left in your hearts by her death, but the Comforter will wrap his arms around everyone whose life Michelle touched. The whole community of believers mourns with your family.
Dear Steve and family,
We were saddened to hear of Michelle’s passing; our memories of serving with her at St. Paul’s and Green Park remind us of her faithful service to our Lord and His children through her teaching and coaching. We will keep you and the family in our prayers as at this time of year her absence will be felt deeply. We rejoice that Michelle will see her Savior face to face this Christmas.

Our children have attended Our Savior Lutheran school for the last few years, and we are heartbroken by this loss. Mrs. Eggold was such a wonderful and supportive presence for our children. We will miss seeing her greet us at the front entrance every morning with her constant smile and warmth. I could tell how much she loved our children, and we will always be thankful we chose OSL to nurture their minds and faith in their early years.

I am so sorry about your loss. I know that you and you family have faith that will carry you through this huge loss. Michelle was a wonderful person and touched so many lives. She will be missed.

We are heartbroken with the loss of our dear friend Michelle. Words can not describe how much she will be missed. Our daily prayers will continue to be with the Eggold and Saville families.
It is comforting to know that she is with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ now.
My son and I will always be grateful for having the privilege of knowing Mrs. Eggold and attending OSL under her care. The genuine kindness and compassion she showed my son is something that will never be forgotten, as she led by example what it means to be a true Christian. Sudden loss of precious wife – mother – and a father-grandfather last year, leaves a large empty feeling – may you find comfort in the promises of God.
I recall your wedding in St. Peter’s Church in rural Wisconsin – the charming couple made promise “un’til death do us part.” It shocks us when one dies too soon. May memories of your beloved Michelle warm your minds, and her legsacy of love fill your hearts.
