Payne.  Dearest mom, granny, great grandma, sister-in-law, aunt and friend.  Services: Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Road Thursday, October 21, 9:30 am.  Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.  Visitation Wednesday 4 to 7 pm.
