Cassity, Detective Bret D., STLPD Passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the age of 46.
Bret served on the police force for over 21 years and did so because he believed “Some people have to help and watch over everyone”. His gift of courage from the Good Lord made that his calling. Bret had a passion for music, the lake life, his family and his friends. His greatest passion was for his wife Jennifer.

Chelsea Smith; dear Godfather of Mary and Allie Kate Wilson; dear nephew, cousin and friend.
Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Saturday, April 30, 10:00 a.m. Interment Sunset Hills Cemetery (Edwardsville, IL).
