Lewis, Donald J. baptized into the hope of Christ’s resurrection on Saturday, February 27, 2016.

  Beloved husband of the late Jean Lewis; loving father of Sharon (the late Dennis) Van Ronzelen and Kathy (Richard) Crandall; cherished grandfather of Myra, Kyle and Lorin  Crandall, Matthew and Andrew Van Ronzelen and Elizabeth (Ross)  Kerkman; great-grandfather of Frances “Frankie” Crandall; our dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

  Don was a 47-year employee of International Shoe/Interco/Furniture Brands, an avid gardener, guitarist and singer of country-western, and a proud pioneering member of Mary, Mother of the Church. Don and his family would like to thank the staff at DaVita, BJC and Brightstar Home Healthcare, especially Drs. Rothstein, Jain, Seria and McCormick, who provided such excellent care for him.

  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Friends of Sarnelli House and to the Redemptorists Denver Province.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255  Lemay Ferry Rd. on Thursday, March 3, 9:30 a.m. to Mary, Mother of the Church for 10 a.m. Mass. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery (Perryville, MO).  Visitation Wednesday 4-8 p.m.
