Chisholm, Terry Denise , 62, passed away at her home in Fenton, surrounded by her family on Friday, September 7, 2018.
Terry was born June 11, 1956 in St. Charles, Missouri to Fredrick and Helen Matney, nee Zerban. She was born again into the Christian faith in May 1980. Terry attended Lindbergh High School. After staying home with her young children, she worked in her mother’s picture framing shop in Sunset Hills for many years and eventually entered the corporate world, most recently working for Enterprise. Her true passion, though, was interior design; she could transform any room. She was also an avid gardener, creating beautiful landscapes.
Terry is survived by her beloved children Jessica Anderson, Corey Anderson, and Melissa Anderson; dear grandchildren Karly Ellis and Samantha Anderson; her brothers Harrison Miller and Steve (Terri) Matney; her sister Sheryl (Joe) Franz; her aunt Melody Scroggins; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Thomas W. Chisholm.
Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 6:00 p.m. at Kutis South County Chapel located at 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., St. Louis, MO. In lieu of flowers, donations to Open Door Animal Sanctuary, from which Terry recently adopted her Princess Ginger, are appreciated.
