Born August 14, 1952, Passed away Friday June 22, 2018 at Delmar Gardens in Florissant.
Vicky was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney, her parents and her brother.
She is survived by her 4 children, Christina, Matthew, Debbie and David Pepper; her fiancee’ James Stifle; 2 sisters, 8 grandchildren family and friends.
Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL 10151 Gravois Wednesday June 27, 11:00 AM. She will be laid to rest at Park Lawn Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 4-8 PM.
