Cherished grandfather of Sophia and Bella Gonterman, Tristan, Keira and Brayden Mackenzie, Gavin, Dylan and Lyla Hommert, Brock Moyers and the late Caitlyn Mackenzie. Dearest son of the late Alvin and Margaret Hommert. Dear brother of Dave (Debbie) Hommert and the late Richard Hommert. Dear brother in law of the late Bill and Casey Widman and Marlene Croom.
Services: Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., on Tuesday, June 14, 10 a.m. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. Visitation Monday, 4-7 p.m.
My heart is breaking for Vicki and his family. He was such a kind and gentle man. I feel lucky to have known him.
We worked & played hard. Ron, Vicki & a few of us solved the worlds problems at McGee’s. My favorite memory is the times you’d tell the funniest story of Ron losing Vicki & the car after being at Milo’s. Heaven got a super star. Miss you my dear friend.

Vicki and Ron have been such great neighbors for 25 years. A gentle man with a huge heart is how I’d describe Ron. So gracious and caring. Much love to the entire Hommert family.
