Black and the late Daniel J. and David H. Black; step-father of Harold (Kim) Frenzel, Kim (Jim Koch) Buermann, Troy (Lisa) Frenzel,and Kaye (Mike) McKenzie; dear brother of Rose (late Larry), Jerry (Rita) and the late Mary (Chuck), Judy (Ray), Irving “Cappy” (Patricia “Patsy”); Roy was a treasured grandpa, great-grandpa, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.
