died Friday September 21, 2018 at her Mari de Villa home, Town & Country, MO . She had been on hospice care and passed peacefully in her sleep.Beloved wife for 68 years of the late Henry C. Reutter; loving mother and mother-in-law  of Lawrence “Larry” and Sarah Reutter; dearest grandmother of Martin, Adam and Ava Reutter,

June was a graduate of Ft. Lupton Colorado Public School and attended Colorado State University until she joined the war effort during WW II. She relocated to St. Louis to work for AT & T and Southwestern Bell where she worked as a customer service rep manager and trainer for approximately 40 years, She was also a member of the “Telephone Pioneers of America” for many years. After she retired, she volunteered for the Arts and Education Council of St. Louis. June and her husband Hank, were longtime residents of Kirkwood and Fenton. She was preceded in death by her husband Hank in July 2016.

June was a loving mother and grandmother who provided love, friendship and comfort to her family and friends. She enjoyed and practiced Yoga and traveled to Mexico, California and the Southwestern United States to study and practice  the art and skill. She also enjoyed cooking and vacationing with her family and friends over the years. Many thanks to the staff at Mari de Villa, BJC Hospice, Eliot Chapel clergy and volunteers and all the friends and family who cared for and visited with her both at The Quarters at Des Peres  & Mari de Villa.

Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL 10151 Gravois, Thursday September 27, 12:30 PM until service at 1:00 PM. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. In lieu of  flowers memorials to Arts and Education Council of St. Louis or Open Door Sanctuary appreciated.
