Beloved wife of the late Thee Otis Cook; loving mother of Derek Cook, Debra (Edward, Jr.) Clarke and Darra (Bob) Evans; dear grandmother of Desiree, Mark, Anthony, Andrew, Kristi, Kari, Kati, Jennifer and Heather; dear great grandmother of Tristan, Sophie, Earl, Ethan and Gabriel; dear sister of Dr. John R. Miller, Jr., Linda Komula and the late Betty Kroeck.
Mrs. Cook was a member of the Open Door Chapel in Fredericktown, MO where she was a member of the Ladies Bible Study group. In 1976 she was a congressional candidate in the 9tth district. She sat on the board of St. Charles Ambulance District. She received her Real Estate license in 1977. Former PTA president ,Girl Scout leader and Walmart Employee.
Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL 10151 Gravois Saturday September 29 12 Noon until service at 1:00 PM. Interment Shepherd Hills Cemetery. Memorials to American Lung Association.
