Our deepest condolences to you all! Fran was such a great spirit… one that is reminiscent of each and every one in her family. A spirit that Winnie brought to us all who were fortunate enough to have been blessed by their presence. The last of an era, the last of a generation- once again they are all back together. May the Lord rest her sole in peace! May the Lord rest all of their soles in peace, we love and miss you all!!!

May all the Menetre and Feenay clans unite in the spirit of Fran’s laughter and loving presence that continues in eternity. A classic Irish St. Louisan, she had a love for family, nature, health and her faith. She would never buy an air conditioner, she loved Braunschweiger sandwiches, and she could hold her liquor, and she lived until she was almost 90. Fran ran a tight ship and you had to respect her rules, which led to a strong set of family values visible in her family. And it shows in the progeny she created for the world’s benefit. Memories: 1.) 1985 Driving into STL from AZ with my buddy Ken and having Thanksgiving at her house with Winnie and my Dad. 2.) 1989? Fran and Joe Menetre visiting me in San Fran on their way to Alaska in an RV. 3.) 2012 Fran’s 80th in Forest Park where I finally realized how big Fran’s family is and how it restored my faith and love in healthy families. I will always Love Fran. May we rejoice that she’s now hanging out with her clans in Heaven. I can hear her uproarious cackles up there merging with others in the group, forming a jubilant chorus of laughter and goodwill. May they bless us all who remain here to fondly remember their spirits, as we bless them for the love they (and she) left behind.
